(Google Maps) to view logistics routes and destinations. We do not continuously
track your GPS location.
Device Identifiers: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to
send push notifications about RFQ updates and transport orders.
Uploaded Files: Documents (e.g., PDF files) you voluntarily
upload when submitting RFQs or transport orders.
Usage Data: App interaction logs collected automatically for
troubleshooting and service improvement.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Create and manage your account.
Process and manage RFQs (Request for Quotations) and transport orders.
Send push notifications for important platform events (new RFQs, bid updates, etc.).
Provide map-based logistics features via Google Maps.

Business Parties on the Platform: Relevant RFQ/transport order
data is shared between Customers, Transporters, and Licensees as necessary to

Passwords are hashed using secure algorithms and never stored in plain text.
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using Flutter Secure Storage.

is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to
provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data

The SFX App is intended for use by business professionals aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe
a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and
we will delete such information.
